My Story

I’m Eric Levine. I was born and raised in Malibu, CA. Today I live in Austin, TX, run my own business, LeadWise, and spend my life training, cooking, and launching new ventures dedicated to solving the world's grand challenges.

I've finished an Ironman in 11h 14m, and run a 2:59 marathon. I've also gone from Fat 2 Fit 10x in 10 years...not by choice!!

I know what it's like to work incredibly hard for something. I also know what it feels like to work incredibly hard, lose the progress, and wonder how many times I’m going to have to do this again, and again, and again.

I have a high performance obsession. My life is designed around trying to maximize this human experience, and I want to share what I find with you.

Most recently, I lost 23 lbs in 90 days. It was harder than any endurance endeavor I've ever done - Ironman, Marathon, 50k ultra...this cut was way harder - mentally.

By then, I had years of experience pushing myself through workouts. Food was something I was still learning how to manage, and something I loved too much to stop enjoying.

That’s what got me experimenting in the kitchen. How much flavor could I get into a dressing without all the oil? How could I make a giant meal that actually fit my goals? What would I look forward to eating every day?

The recipes here came out of that process. I make them, eat them, tweak them, and share what works. Cooking has become one of my favorite ways to break up the day.

This site is the beginning. I want to make it easier to go from seeing a recipe to actually making it. Save your favorites, get the ingredients delivered, and cook. I also want to bring other creators into this, giving their followers an easier way to make the food they share. Lots to build. I’m excited about where this can go.

Today, I’m training for the Houston Marathon in January of 2027, and co-lead the East Austin Run Club. Come run with us.

And if you make something from the site, tell me how it goes. I’d love to hear what ends up in your daily rotation.
